As a company, Optima Network Services Inc. operates within a competitive contracting environment in the wireless communications business. Our goal is to deliver our broad range of microwave engineering services to our customers in an efficient, cost effective manner with an un-wavering degree of integrity. Management of the company has strived to create a workplace that echoes our commitment to our customers, our employees, and the environment in which we conduct business.
In our pursuit to deliver our solutions, Optima Network Services Inc. has set an expectation for our customers that we operate in the very manner that is engineered into every aspect of the solution design. We expect the same commitment to be emulated by our employees. Ethical business conduct is fundamental to the reputation and success of our company and we accept no compromise of our principles and policies. Our four principles of ethical business conduct are:
- Honesty-being forthright is an absolute deliverable externally to our customers and an absolute expectation of our employees.
- Empowerment-each individual must be held accountable for his/her actions and the resulting outcomes and/or consequences.
- Integrity-"We will say what we do and do what we say".
