Mr. Michael Mosel - Co-Founder / President

As co-founder of the company, Mr. Mosel represents Optima Network Services Inc. as President and is responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and business savvy in support of the company's growth efforts.  Daily aspects of his position include client and vendor relationship management, financial operations, and key personnel mentoring,  As a part of the executive staff, he also plays major roles in spearheading technological issues such as the organization's web initiatives, service/product management, corporate communications, and business development efforts.

Mr. Mosel brings 15 years of organizational leadership with experience both in and out of the telecommunications arena. His telecommunications experiences span a variety of networking technologies including traditional wire-line, IP/Internet Infrastructure, fiber optic networks, and wireless infrastructure.  Prior to the telecommunications industry, Mr. Mosel was a part of the regional operations for a golf course management company directly involved in the management of regional golf course operations including budgeting, staffing, daily supervision, and golf course acquisition.  A broad range of business experience in different industries has been the hallmark of his operational and financial leadership and allow him to serve as great asset to the Optima Network Services team. Mr. Mosel earned his B.S., Management from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mr. Garth Kubeldis - Co-Founder / Vice-President

Mr. Kubeldis is the Vice President and General Manager for Optima Network Services and is directly responsible for the company's California operations.  You will find Garth in the office or out in the field at customer locations. He has over 12 years of in-field microwave and office management experience. Garth served 6 years in the United Stated Marine Corps before entering the microwave communications field. After leaving the Marine Corps Mr. Kubeldis joined Winstar Communications. While at Winstar he was responsible for the design and implementation of over 500 microwave links in the Southwestern United States. After leaving Winstar, Garth joined Cingular Wireless as Microwave Engineer for Southern California. While working at Cingular he worked closely with the New Build Construction Group to integrate the use of microwave to launch sites where Telco was not available or was to be delayed. He also upgraded the existing licensed microwave backbone and optimized the system to increase the number of T1s for capacity growth. Garth brings an intimate knowledge of the carrier microwave networks throughout the Southwest including AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint.

After leaving Cingular, he went into the private sector designing, installing and servicing new microwave systems for customers like Harris, AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Verizon, Stratex, Alcatel, Proxim and State and local Municipalities.

Mr. Christopher Dunn—Director, Desert Southwest Microwave Services

Mr. Chris Dunn is the Director of the company's Desert Southwest Microwave services based out of Gilbert, Arizona. With more than 10 years of management experience in the wireless communications industry, Mr. Dunn brings a high level of operational know how to Optima Network Services.  Chris has developed key relationships with several leading microwave communications service providers and has been a key facilitator in the deployment of multiple licensed microwave backbones in the Southwestern United States.  

A valuable asset to Optima Network Services, Mr. Dunn joined the company in 2006 and is responsible for expanding the company's footprint to the Desert Southwest.  Chris's operational experience includes the management and implementation of 250+ new antenna structures and RF systems, 850+ Cellular/PCS antenna modifications and upgrades, and the installation and commissioning of over 300+ microwave paths for leading carriers, government agencies and municipalities including AT&T Mobility, Clearwire, Commnet Wireless, El Paso Natural Gas, Verizon Wireless.

As Director of our Desert Southwest Microwave Services, Chris is responsible for working with his team to assure success of the market which includes Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and West Texas.  Mr. Dunn served 2 years in the United States Navy before starting his career in the communications industry.  
 

Mr. Justin Mock--Director, Desert Southwest Civil / Cellular Services

Mr. Justin Mock serves as the Director of the company's Civil/Cellular Services for the Desert Southwest and is based out of the Gilbert, Arizona office.  Mr.Mock has over a decade of construction and wireless management experience working for all of the first tier national carriers in several markets across the country.  With a vision to expand the breadth of our service offerings to include the civil/cellular service discipline, Justin came to Optima with a plan to create, manage, and deliver upon his vision.  In his first year of tenure with the company, Justin has quickly put Optima on the leading edge for installation services for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless in the Desert Southwest region and continues to develop new relationships with multiple service providers in the Desert Southwest of the United States.  

With a wide variety of experience in civil construction, Mr.Mock has managed the installation of over 600 UMTS sites for AT&T.  In addition his knowledge spans the vast array of technologies such GSM, MCPA, SCPA. GMA and RXAIT installation, integration, and optimization.  Justin's portfolio of work over the past 10 years includes a 250-site build for Sprint, an 800-site deployment for P2P microwave and close to 400 Raw Land / Collocation builds for Spring, Prime Co., AT&T, Nextel, and US Cellular.  Justin's main responsibilities for Optima include managing the day to day operations for the department with projects in our service area including AZ, NM, NV, and CA.  It is not uncommon for Justin to be seen working in the field right beside our technicians training them in the latest methods of installation of new components or consulting with RF engineers on how to best optimize site performance.  Prior to working in the wireless communications industry, Mr. Mock served 5 years with the Army National Guard.  While serving in the ARNG Justin received many commendations including the prestigiously graduating basic training and AIT Soldier of the cycle out of 1000 candidates.  He is happily married and has two children.
