Mr. Michael Mosel - Co-Founder / President

As co-founder of the company, Mr. Mosel represents Optima Network Services Inc. as President. Michael is responsible for managing the daily financial operations of the organization including the coordination of service delivery, accounting, client financial matters such as invoicing and revenue tracking, as well as customer service. As a part of the executive staff, he also plays major roles in project lifecycle management services and spearheading technological issues such as the organization's web initiatives, corporate communications, and future business development efforts.

Mr. Mosel brings 8 years of operational leadership with experience both in and out of the telecommunications arena. His telecommunications experiences span a variety of networking technologies including traditional wire-line, IP/Internet Infrastructure, fiber optic networks, as well as fixed wireless networks. Prior to the telecommunications industry, Mr. Mosel was a part of the regional operations for a golf course management company directly involved in the management of regional golf course operations including budgeting, staffing, daily supervision, and golf course acquisition with involvement in operational budgets totaling over $20 Million annually. A broad range of experience to several facets of the telecommunications industry including operational and financial aspects of daily activity allow him to serve as a great asset to the Optima Networks team. Mr. Mosel earned his B.S., Management from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mr. Garth Kubeldis - Co-Founder / Vice-President

Mr. Kubeldis is the Vice President and General Manager for Optima Network Services. Garth directs the Operations and Sales staff for the company. You will find Garth in the office or out in the field at the customer locations. He has over 12 years of in-field microwave and office management experience. Garth served 6 years in the United Stated Marine Corps before entering the microwave communications field. After leaving the Marine Corps Mr. Kubeldis joined Winstar Communications. While at Winstar he was responsible for the design and implementation of over 500 microwave links in the Southwestern United States. After leaving Winstar, Garth joined Cingular Wireless as Microwave Engineer for Southern California. While working at Cingular we worked closely with the New Build Construction Group to integrate the use of microwave to launch sites where Telco was not available or was to be delayed. He also upgraded the existing licensed microwave backbone and optimized the system to increase the number of T1s for capacity growth. Garth brings an intimate knowledge of the carrier microwave networks throughout the Southwest including AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint.

After leaving Cingular, he went into the private sector designing, installing and servicing new microwave systems for customers like Harris, AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Verizon, Stratex, Alcatel, Proxim and State and local Municipalities.

Mr. Wayne Kitchens—Co-Founder / Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Kitchens represents Optima Networks as Chief Technical Officer. Wayne's primary responsibility is directly manage the "In-Field" technological operations including Microwave engineering, construction management, and service delivery. Wayne brings over 30 years experience in the telecommunications arena specializing in all facets of microwave engineering. His knowledge of each facet of microwave systems also play a significant role in our corporate financial analysis of link build-outs.

Entrepreneurial in his own right, Wayne has served as the principal partner in his company, Kyle Wayne and Associates Ltd, for the past ten years. Kyle Wayne and Associates LTD specializes in microwave design that combines computer analysis with field studies. His company has been the driving force behind turnkey microwave systems for Alamosa PCS, Washington Oregon Wireless, VoiceStream, and LeBlanc Communications. With a background in both engineering and business, Wayne brings a definitive step-by-step approach to problem solving that began in 1969 at GTE Lenkurt. Wayne has managed the build-out of numerous microwave systems during his 30 years of exposure to Telecommunications also highlighted by involvement in multi-million dollar contracts with both PAC Bell and General Telephone of California in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Wayne's unique blend of both technological and financial savvy serves as yet another cornerstone in the foundation of Optima Networks management team. Mr. Kitchens earned degrees in engineering and business from the US Navy and Canada College.

Mr. Christopher Dunn—General / Manager, Arizona Operations

Mr. Chris Dunn is the General Manager of our Arizona Operations based out of Tempe, Arizona. With more than 10 years of upper level management experience in the wireless communications industry, Mr. Dunn brings a high level of operational know how to Optima which helped him build the Arizona operations from the ground up. Chris has developed key relationships with several of the leading microwave communications service providers in the South Western United States and has been a key facilitator in the deployment of multiple licensed microwave backbones for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, El Paso Natural Gas, Cricket Communications and the City of Tucson.

Mr. Dunn's personal experience includes a variety of skill sets. He has managed projects including the implementation of 250+ new antenna structures and RF systems, performance of 850+ Cellular/PCS antenna modifications and upgrades, and the installation and commissioning of over 200 microwave paths for the Verizon EVDO and AT&T UMTS broadband upgrade projects in Southern California and Arizona. Chris's main responsibilities for Optima include managing the day to day operations for his market covering the states of Arizona and New Mexico. He regularly interfaces with his customer base and oversees the direction of in-field crews delivering the company's services. As a former in-field technician and manager, Chris balances a portion of his time in the office while enjoying the opportunity to experience managing and interacting with in-field personnel. Mr. Dunn served 2 years in the United States Navy before starting his career in the communications industry.
